Wait this can’t be true, you’re thinking but I need a fancy diet or a specialized exercise program, maybe even some magic pills. The ugly truth is there is no secret formula or magic pill, your diet sucks.

Fat loss is a simple energy equation, where you need to create a calorie deficit this can be achieved in two ways:

  1. Eat less. Reducing the amount of fuel you put in, is normally the first step to creating a calorie deficit.

  2. Burning more. Increasing your daily activity will increase your calorie output

The most ideal situation is doing both at the same time. Do more eat less!!

Everything counts and the smallest things done consistently can create a slight shift in getting you on the path to seeing results.

Here are a few simple tips:

Cut out unnecessary snacks

Eat when you’re hungry not when you see food.

Drink more water

Be more active
