Hybrid Training is an affordable option for clients who want to do in-person sessions but can’t afford to three or four times per week with a personal trainer.
This option allows you to work face-to-face with a trainer on a limited basis, while still getting your programming expertise, coaching, and accountability.
Hybrid Training allows for flexibility with busy schedules or being on the move allowing you to still get your workouts in even if you can't see your Personal Trainer.
